本报记者：您好！Mr. Kurt，感谢您一直购买我们的设备，能谈谈您对我们的看法吗？

Mr. Kurt：Hello, yeah, well. From Top Quality Shenzhen Company, we received Top of the line Quality machines, Top service whenever needed, and they have Top company culture, and overall an excellent company for purchasing all your equipment whether new or used.

 

本报记者：您是什么渠道了解我们公司的？

Mr. Kurt：Internet，look through your website then contact with your general manager Stephen，Oh，In addition, Stephen is very professional and wise and he attributes valuable knowledge with years of experience.

 

本报记者：您在选择我们时，您有过比较吗？

Mr. Kurt：HA,HA, of course, otherwise, I’m not a talented General Manager. We even thought about buying the second-hand pick & place machine directly from America but we had to keep in mind that we will first of all receive NO service. Actually in our U.S.A factory we are using an Electro-vert reflow and wave soldering machines but these are very expensive. So we have looked through several factories in China, and after comparing these factories for more than 1 month, we had decided to choose Top Quality has our supplier. In fact, we were right and we have received the best service that anyone could ever offer and every single department from Production, Engineering, Sales, and even the General Manager has gone the extra mile to ensure that we are taken care of.

 

本报记者：Thank you. 您买了我们什么设备？

Mr. Kurt： The first time we bought 1 set of re-furbished pick & place machine, Panasert MV150 which was about 2 years ago, and they were all in very good condition. The second, was a Lead-free reflow system TOP-RF800LF, the 3^rd, IC pick & place machine Panasert MPA3, the 4th, was a Lead-free wave soldering system, TOP-WS350LF. And now, we are planning to purchase more machines from Top Quality which will be another complete SMT in line system.

 

本报记者：Thank you，您产品出口吗？

Mr. Kurt：Actually we have 2 separate companies and I am in charge of them both, the first company which was setup in 1996 is 100% export to American and our other Company is setup to handle our potential Chinese customers. Have you some customer information？

 

本报记者：No，sorry. Mr. Kurt，您觉得除了我们的设备卖给你们外，我们还有别的方面合作机会吗？

Mr. Kurt：I think, I will talk about your machines with my friends in American and will try to build good relationship for sale of your machines in America, please tell Stephen my idea.

 

本报记者：OK，I will tell Stephen，He will be happy for your good idea。您对我们公司还有什么好的建议？

Mr. Kurt：OH，I suggest you be able to handle your well known excellent quality and service, suggest you to consider ways to cut down more cost, for now no more suggestions.
